Changing the button color

On my test domain, I can't seem the change the button colour under the main H1
I would like the button background colour to be blue and the text colour white.
Can this be done?

I see a blue button with white text:

The background setting is inheriting from Colors > Buttons.
The text setting is inheriting from the link color in the header element:
