Changing output of related post tile from H2 to span or something else

Hi there,
I'm currently rendering a "related posts" grid at the bottom of my posts, using an element.

What I'd like to do is to change the page title declaration from being an H2 to span or something else. Please note that I'm not referring to the "Related posts", but the titles of the posts grouped under this header.

Would you have a recommendation on how to go about that, ideally within the above code?
