[Support request] Changing home hero background image size

I am trying for 2 days now to control the size of the background image of the homepage hero, and I am unable to do so. Please help.

I am new to WP and GP, and I do not write code 🙁

Please LMK if there is a solution I can use.

Hi there,

the background images used in the Header Element are set using CSS backgrounds and set to Cover, so they always fill the container. Which means their size is relative to the size of the header element. You can change this by adjusting the top and bottom padding.

The padding in the hero element only make a different section of the image appear but it is still huge (much bigger than its actual pixel count).
any additional suggestions would be highly appreciated
