When I go into the customizer, I do not see site identity as the instructions say I should. It only shows widgets. I am running 1.7.3 as a paid subscriber. It sounds like something is causing an error in the Customizer. October 31, 2018 at 5:02 pm #716018 Randall I went through one by one and deactivated each one. Then I checked the customizer – the site identity does not show in the customizer. Same situation. I’ve seen this but generally because of plugin conflicts. Can you de-activate all plugin except GP premium then send us access to your site using Account Issue here? https://generatepress.com/contact/ Be sure to reference this topic URL. Thanks! November 1, 2018 at 5:24 pm #716862 Randall I think I figured it out – I disabled the plugins all at once and then GP worked. Not sure which one was causing it – individually none of them caused the issue… November 1, 2018 at 6:11 pm #716886 LeoStaff Customer Support Yeah that’s definitely the way to test. Now just re-activate them one by one then you should be able to pin point the issue. Let me know 🙂 Author Posts Viewing 8 posts - 1 through 8 (of 8 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic. Log In Username: Password: Keep me signed in Log In
