Functionality seems to be broken in my version of GP. When I go into the customizer, I do not see site identity as the instructions say I should. It only shows widgets. I am running 1.7.3 as a paid subscriber.

Can you try deactivating your other plugins to check for conflicts? It sounds like something is causing an error in the Customizer.

I went through one by one and deactivated each one. Then I checked the customizer - the site identity does not show in the customizer. Same situation.

That is strange. I've seen this but generally because of plugin conflicts.

Can you de-activate all plugin except GP premium then send us access to your site using Account Issue here?

I think I figured it out - I disabled the plugins all at once and then GP worked.

Not sure which one was causing it - individually none of them caused the issue...

Yeah that's definitely the way to test.

Now just re-activate them one by one then you should be able to pin point the issue.
