Change (only) mobile menu item title. Possible?

Hi there,
is it possible to change the title of a mobile menu item, just in the mobile/slideout version? I would like to add some characters to a couple of mobile menu items, leaving the main/desktop menu titles as is.

P.S. My site is in maintenance mode, moved to a vps server and I did some cleaning up with a fresh install but if you need to get in let me now. I think it will go live tomorrow.

If you are using the slideout navigation on both mobile and desktop, then you will need to use this method in the first example here:

I am only using the slideout navigation on mobile. The main/desktop menu is normal.
My site is live btw, still a couple of details but is up and runing. Added the link to the first post.
Then simply create a new menu and assign it to slide-out navigation:
