Change navigation location to the bottom only at homepage

Hello,
I wish to make this layout: https://edlatimorebio.com/. Notice that the navigation was changed to the bottom for all the website I wish to do that only for the homepage. Also, how can I edit the footer of my site.

What if you:
1. Set the navigation location to No Navigation: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-location/
2. Create a menu: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/
3. Add the Menu widget to the Top Bar widget area in "Appearance > Widgets".
Then you can set the Top Bar alignment to center and you should be good to go.
