How to change the size and other settings of the menu fonts?

I haven't tested this option yet.
The new Typography System works on Free Generetepress or only on Pro Version?
Wouldn't it be better to put this option to activate the typography system in the (Typography) section instead of (general)? Wouldn't it be more intuitive?
