Change language/locale for specific pages

Hi Everyone,
I'm adding some foreign language pages to my site and wonder if it's possible to change the language/locale for content on those page like date, social media buttons, comment fields and other recurring content that's on every page

You might need to use a plugin like Polylang, WPML or WeGlot.
