[Resolved] change commenmts form width (seems to be going out side the frame of the site)

PHP is only required if you want to remove the date and time from the actual HTML markup, its not required if you just want to hide it. The only other place the comment date/time is used is in the dashboard, where you review comments, neither of those codes will effect that.
