I suppose this is a css problem, but when I highlght any of the menu items on my site at thecatholictravelguide.com the background color of the menu item turns dark....I just want to have it change shape (italic if possible, since that is what is used on my site quite a bit) but not change background color. As it is now, the menu item turns dark and you cannot read it. If we can't change it to italic, then at least eliminate the background color.

Hi Cristo,

Can you go to customizer > colors > Primary Navigation > Navigation Background, is the hovercolor set to rgba(0,0,0,0.56)?

If so, remove it, and leave the field blank.

The font does change to italic when hovering right now.

I don't see a setting in customizer for the hover color. Is that CSS perhaps?

I am using GP 3.1.3 and GP Premium 2.1.2

They are the latest version.

Hum..any chance you can provide admin access to your site so I can take a look at the backend?

You can use the private info field for sensitive info like login details.

Ok...not sure of my login info but will send it and see if that works (I am lazy and my computer just pulls it up for me....bad habit, I know)

Sorry...can't find my password anywhere.

No worries, I don't remember my passwords either lol.

Can you go to dashboard > users, and create a new adminrole for GP?

You can use this email: support@generatepress.com

Once the user is created, you can use the private info field to send us the password :)

Thanks!

OK i have done it.

Hi Cristo,

In Appearance > Customize > Colors > Primary Navigation, can you try setting the Navigation Background hover color to default as such: https://share.getcloudapp.com/rRuO1nPW

Kindly let us know how it goes.
