Change button color on different pages/posts?

Hi,
The customizer has button colors set which i am happy with for majority ofthe site.
However I want to make some buttons a different colour. I've set the color in the block area but it still pulls in the customizer color
Is it possible to make some buttons different color?
The color I want in this example is #ffc800. Its a block half way down the post

I can see that the color is being added, but, your caching plugin may be causing the issue.
Can you try clearing your website’s cache?
Moreover, if this doesn’t work, to check if a setting in your caching plugin is causing this, may you kindly temporarily deactivate it and see how it goes?

I've deleted the cache. turned off the caching plugin. set Autoptimize as suggested, and still, the problem remains.
Is there anything else I can look at?
It appears to be working now. I turned off object cache. Not sure if that was turned off before. but seems to have worked
