Change 2nd nav display rules?

How can I change the rules for where my second nav shows up? Am about to change my site's homepage so I have to change the second nav's location, too.

The option to change the Location of the Secondary Navigation can be found in Appearance > Customize > Layout > Secondary Navigation > Navigation Location.

How about if I want rules for which pages it shows on, though? For example, I don't want it to show on my current homepage, but only on a certain set of pages.

You can hide it with CSS or complete remove it from the page a Layout Element.

Layout Elements have disable element tab - https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/#disable-element - which allows you to disable elements like the Secondary navigation.
You then set the Layout Element's display rule - https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/#display-rules - to apply the disable element condition to specific pages.
