center top bar elements on desktop without effecting mobile view

I am trying to figure out how to move just the button I have on top bar widget on desktop view without it moving on the mobile view OR effecting any other buttons on the page.

Are you wanting to just move the button without moving the phone number?
It's not possible right now as both elements are added in one widget.
Try adding them as two widgets first then we can try some CSS.
