Center primary menu and right align the secondary menu

Hi!

I would like to center the primary menu and make the secondary menu (languages) appear on the same line, at the right side.
Then the logo, primary menu and secondary menu will be aligned on the same line, in this order from the left. Can you help me with how to do this?
