The page looks great on desktop but on the iphoneX the layout isn’t working correctly (navigation, text, etc.) Any suggestions on how I might fix this?

Is the issue only happening on that one page or some specific pages?
If so can you first try disabling all plugins to eliminate any conflicts first?
