Category Page, Author Page, and Indexed Images

1. I just discovered this page (/cat=-1) on my site that I never knew I had. Why is it there and how do I get rid of it?
2. I discovered author/admin - how do I adjust or even delete this page?
For the above two questions I am asking because I have concerns about duplicate content issues with google.
3. Google indexed my images and now for every image in a post or a page I have its website/attachment/image-name And all the images that came with the site or images I've uploaded that I haven't used yet its website/image-name (example: website/spl-gallery-5-jpg-2/). Is this normal or did I set something up wrong?

1. I'm not sure what you mean? That looks like the blog page. Not sure why the permalink is like that though. GP definitely doesn't add that for you.
You could probably just create a new page and assign to the blog in WordPress reading settings:

2. GP doesn't add an author/admin page for you so I'm not sure.
3. We can't really control what Google does. I assume it's the same when you are using a default twenty series themes?
