Category Description missing

Heya there; Tom, Leo or anyone else for that matter.

It's been a while since I've been at the structural backside of our website and I'm trying to figure out why the Category description won't show on our website.

We had never filled in the description fields, but want to do so now.

I made a test, and see that Yoast picks up the description and puts it in the head. But on the actual page no text is being put out.

What am I doing wrong? Or where did I previously (long ago??) add some CSS or something else that prevents it from showing?
