Cart Panel Customization

When I click on the shopping cart icon in my menu a side panel appears. I believe this is the Cart Panel. I need to customize this changing typography and colors of buttons. Can anyone tell me how to do that? I have tried the customizer but to no avail. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

It looks like that element is being created by Elementor, so you'd have to use their options to style it.
