Cart page is not contained - trying to figure out how to contain it

Hi team,
I have a cart page that doesn't look pretty due to it not being contained. so the contents extend from one end of the page to the other regardless of magnification. Any idea on how to fix this?

Nevermind, I got it. The woocommerce settings are scattered all over the place but I found it in the product listing page
