Cart page has double increment buttons

On my cart page there are two sets of increment buttons. One Set increases the quantity by 1 the other set increases it by two? It seems to be a problem with the theme conflicting with the cart page. Is there a way to hide the extra set of increments with css? Sorry, this my first time trying to build website
