Can't upload addons zip folders: "Failed to write file to disk."

This message appears whenever I try to upload the addons zip folders to my plugins...
"Failed to write file to disk."
they were uploading perfectly fine and then this started happening after my 3rd upload.
It may be your server restricting how many uploads you have in a determined amount of time.
Are they still failing to upload?
