Can't select a footer menu

I created a menu for my footer and tried following these instructions:

BUT there is NO option to choose which menu I want once I drag over the Navigation Menu widget to Footer Widget 1. The only options are delete and done.
Is this a glitch or any fix? Thanks!
Hi there,
That is a WordPress core widget so it should definitely work.
Can you make sure you've created some menus?
If that doesn't, try disabling all plugins to eliminate any conflicts.
