[Support request] can't remove shortcodes?

I’m using GP with Aspire installed. At the bottom of my main page, I see [elementor-template id=”13988″][elementor-template id=”13543″] [elementor-template id=”13402″] and I can’t remove those from within elementor. Help please?

Hi there,

go to Dashboard > Appearance > Elements and you will see a Hook that contains that shortcode. Just delete that hook element.
