Can't remove default Title even with Disable Elements

I have disabled all elements, but the giant "splash" title is still appearing on my page. How do I hide it? Example here: https://hometownvaluespac.org/donation-confirmation/

Are you referring to the text "Donation Confirmation"?
If so that's added with a header element:
