Can't locate GPHOOKS in GP Premium update 1.7.2

Am I missing something in the new GP Premium upgrade? I cannot locate the GPHooks option. I've looked in the plugin activation page and looked for notes within the GP forum for update info and had no luck. Reinstalled 1.7.2 and had the same result.

Hi there, 1.7 introduced the new Elements module:

Hooks (and Page Headers) are now part of that. Any Legacy Hooks are also displayed under that new function.
