Cant get width of content the same

Hi there, if you have a look at the URL I have provided - there are two parts to the page. The top overview section - which on desktop has a width of 863 (not including the sidebar) and the body section which has a width of 899.

Its not a huge problem on desktop, but is quite noticeable on a mobile screen.

For the life of me, I cant work out where the extra width is coming into it.
There seems to be an extra amount of padding added in wp-block-group__inner-container
but I cant seem to find the spacing setting to remove that.

Have I stuffed up the structure of the blocks somehow? Thanks for the help.
