[Support request] Can't get nav bar to move under header image

Hi guys, I can’t seem to get the red nav bar on my site under the header image (which is set up a as a GP header element). Instead it’s always above. Not sure why. I think it’s all set up correctly… what could be going on?

I’ve put the URL in the private field. Happy to set up an admin login if you need it.
