Can´t get Page Hero to work

Hi there,
I´m trying for the first time Page Hero, and can´t get it to work. Followed the tutorials and still no image background appears.
I wonder what is the issue, I only have two other simple elements activated which work well.
If you could take a look would be great.
Will leave my website and login credentials on this post.

It's a sample page I called: pagehero2
Added content and no bg image still, I'm still investigating.
But if you could take a quick look would be great.
