Hi, working on a site, tried the combinations I can think of (primary navigation, off canvas panel…), but the arrows don’t work.
Hover works fine, but method is now changed to “arrow click” for testing purposed.
Idean goal would be:
β hover on desktop
βΒ arrow click on touch screenEvent listener “click” seems to be attached to arrow span, as it should, I guess…
Help appreciated β what additional info should I provide?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Usually the parent menu items are created like this:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#custom-linkWould that work for you?
Let me know π

Thanks Leo for a quick response!
I already made one such link for test purposes, but that doesn’t work either. The arrow is just somehow not reactive. I was hoping to find out if there was a clear reason and an easy fix, and I wouldn’t have add any JS of my own to make them work.
Best,

StaffCustomer SupportCan’t seem to find any obvious issues.
Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts first?
Let me know π

StaffCustomer SupportSo the submenu doesn’t show when hover or click is used?
Any chance you can keep all plugins disabled and me the dashboard access?

StaffCustomer SupportI activated the parent theme temporarily and everything works as expected.
Can you test and confirm that?
If so then something in your child theme is the issue.

Leo, you are right. Then I’m the culprit, have to investigate. But good to know it’s me, not you π
Sorry for your trouble, thanks for your time.
