    Hi

Read everything I can and watched all the videos I can. But I cannot get it to work. I have a Global Page Hero Header created in Elements and have created another Header with different image for some of the pages. Created a new page to display this header. Added HTML into the header.
Set the display rules. In Global Page Header to exclude the new page. In the new header specified the new page to display the new header.
Followed all instructions on how it should work.

When view the page the HTML text is there but no image just will not show up. Just a blank space.

After hours of trying I know I am only a one mouse click face palm away from getting it right.

    Please help.

    Thanks

    Chris

    Hi there,

can you link me to the page with the broken header element? You can change the Site URL by editing your original topic.

Here is a sample page of the with the Global Page Hero Header.

    http://takatools.com/tolsen-hand-tools/

This appears on all 400 pages on the site. Some pages I want to change the header.

This is the test page I have made that cannot get the new Hero picture to appear in

    Thanks

Ok – so i am not seeing a hero element on that page at all so something must be conflicting. And it sounds like you covered all the basics.
Would you be willing to provide me with temporary admin access to the site so i can take a look?

If so you can send login via the account issue form:

Please add the URL of this topic to the form so we can track

You also have another Header Element named Product that is assigned to all pages. Which is probably the culprit. Can you disable that and see if that fixes the issue.

Yup that worked. As I suspected one mouse click away.

    Thanks for the help.
