Cant find padding to eliminate

Im using the sections mode and I have a section with what I think is too big of a bottom padding but I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

The section has listed as 0 padding, negative padding doenst seem to work and I don't know how to shrink it :(

Should I be looking elsewhere?
