Cant find navigation logo option

Hi
I have 2 sites.
One of them not showing navigation logo option in the customizer.
I am using this way
Layout>> primary navigation>> Navigation logo option does not show up?

The navigation logo option has been replaced by "Use navigation as a header" option starting in GP Premium 1.8:

A sticky navigation logo has also been added if you want to use a different logo:
