Can't find a script that I added in an Wp_footer element

Hi Tom, David and Leo
I have just created a Hook for my Optin Monster script using the wp_footer and entire site settings in Elements in GP
I can't see that it is there when I inspect elements in Chrome.
The campaign is not showing up on my site.
What have I done wrong?

I am meant to clear and deactivate any caching plugins on my site?
Yup a lot of times caching prevent changes from showing :)

I can see the campaign now with WP Rocket deactivated.
Can I now reactivate WP Rocket?
Are you still developing the site? If so I would recommend leaving it off for now.
Otherwise, make sure you delete the plugin cache everytime you make any changes to the site.
Also turn it off everytime if you need us to look at the site :)

No my site is live.
I did clear the cache in WP Rocket but I imagine that is not deleting the plugin cache.
How do I delete the plugin cache please?
