Can't figure out how to add pre-built sites

Hi there,
I bought the package less than an hour ago and can't seem to see the two buttons which are shown in the video to start building from a site-template. Anyway, how do you get this started? I bought it for this use. If there has been an update which does not allow this to happen, let me know, ASAP.
I posted this far too quickly. Sorry about that! For some reason, the 5th "refresh" worked and I am able to see the pre-built sites. Thank you!
