Can't download premium - email exists

I'm trying to purchase the premium version. I keep getting an error message that the email address is already in use so I can't proceed with the purchase. I already have a GP account. I do not want to create another one just to download premium.

Are you just trying to download a fresh copy of GP Premium?
If so you can do it from the Account page at any time:

I never purchased Premium. In my account, I have Generate Press 2.2.1, Generate Copyright, Generate Sections, Generate Typography.
When I do try to purchase it, I get the error message about my email address being in use.
Ahh. This case you should be eligible to upgrade to a GP Premium lifetime license. Can you send us an email through Account Issues here?
