can't change the word 'Avery' at the top of the 'Avery' sub-theme

I cannot find anywhere in the Appearances menus where I can change the 'Avery' logo at the top of the page. It doesn't even have an "edit" pencil icon. What do I do to change it?

I have Avery and I have the same problem. I've uploaded the logo and while the desktop view shows my new logo, however it still shows Avery on the mobile view. Do you have that problem too or did you find a solution for that?
