Can't change menu nav colour?

Hi There,
This will sound a bit ridiculous but I can't seem to change the main menu nav text colour, only the drop down colours?
I'm using GP premium and I've activated all the modules.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. Yes i see that, and I've changed it to black but the menu nav is still white?
Where can I see a menu?

Sorry, i don't understand what you mean? The menu is white which might be why you can't see it. Is that what you mean?
