Cannot see site library with 1.8.2

I have two websites. One I can see the site library. The other I cannot:
Please help. I've cleared my cache. I used the same VPS on both sites.

You need to activate the "Site Library" module.
Let me know if you need more info :)
how do i activate the site library module?
It's an item in the list of GP Premium modules which you can see in your first screenshot.

No worries at all! The option to activate/deactivate it is new in GPP 1.8 :)
