I have two websites. One I can see the site library. The other I cannot:

You need to activate the “Site Library” module.

how do i activate the site library module?
It’s an item in the list of GP Premium modules which you can see in your first screenshot.

No worries at all! The option to activate/deactivate it is new in GPP 1.8 🙂
