cannot see block element unless I am logged into Wordpress

I have put a block element (before footer) on my woocommerce product archive page. However, it only appears when I view it when I am logged into Wordpress. The name of the element is: "Pizza for Products Page". Thank you.
Hi there,
can you edit the Block Element and make sure the Display Rules > Users is empty.
If it is then clear any plugin or server caches and the Woocommerce transients in Woocommerce > Status > Tools.
