Cannot remove header from theme template

Please let me know what I can do to update that picture and up.
Also, I actually cannot get the site to update with my elementor design. If I could receive help with this problem as well, that'd be great. Essentially, there was domain redirection issues that opened up when a bluehost support messed it up, and now I cannot get this design I have now to update on the actual website. I had original been under the impression this whole design in general was lost, but I guess not. Before the issue with support, it was loading fine.
Hi there,
the top section is a Page Header. Look on the dashboard for Page Headers, if not there then go to Appearance > Elements and look for either a Header or in the Legacy Page Headers. Then delete that header.
The second issue i am a little unclear as to what you mean when you say you cannot get this design?
I can solve the second issue with wordpress support.
Thanks, I was able to remove that main picture, but I'm still struggling with the header menu here. How can I change this header design and content?
So the Navigation bar can be styled via Appearance > Customiser. The options are in Colors, Typography and Layout.
