Cannot publish post - stuck as Draft

The post/page functionalities are all handled by WordPress itself so this shouldn't be a theme issue.

Is the issue only happening to that one post?

If so it might be easier to just recreate the post.

I may have up to 32 pages that need to be changed over to posts. I'd rather not recreate them - unless there's a quick way I can copy whole pages (blocks etc) and paste them into a new post?

I've tried creating brand new posts and they publish without any problems.

Yes, you can copy the whole page content and paste it into a new post.
