Cannot Installing Site library

Hi, how to unblock from cloudflare firewall?
Previously, I had activated the Generatepres license by temporarily disabling cludflare. After that I activate it again. then I tried to activate the site library. but the result can not be activated again. so how to give IP access or something in the cloudflare section? so that I don't disable CF every time I edit the Generatepres theme

we cannot say what in your CloudFlare config is causing the issue.
If its a firewall problem then you can try whitelisting the generatepress.com and gpsites.co domains.
If that doesn't work then you would need to speak with CloudFlare support.
it still same, im creating rule for that. but no change.. help me
