Cannot change footer widget background picture

From customiz-->background images-->footer I have removed all the pictures but pictures is still in footer. Cannot remove and cannot change it. What am I missing?

Try flushing the autoptimize cache
I did. incognito mode shows footer image too. But there is none in Background images setting.
If the image has been removed from the Footer Background then it is a caching issue. I can see the image CSS as a cached object. So aside from Autoptimize, clear any other plugin or server side caches

Not a problem. Caches can be a right pain :)
