Cannot change font size

Hello. I am not able to change font size in posts. I can’t change the size of the body content at page.
Customize—>Typography—>Body–>Font Size nothing change. I am able to change font type, but there is no possibility to change font size.

What can I add to custom CSS to change the font size? Should I manually re-install GP Premium plugin?

the issue is coming from the HTML that is being added by the Advert at the top of the page.
How is that advert code being added?
