Cannot change colors on my website

Hi,
I cannot change the colors of my links and website in general.
It shows me the changes in the preview, then I save and publish them, but the changes do not take effect (example: links stay (standard) blue).
Can you please help?

Thank you. Yes, now I can see it as well.
Is there a chance that I can have my plugins activated again and see the background image and colors as I want?
Or must there be a trade-off?

You need to flush all of the caching plugins everytime you make a change.
Or simply leave caching plugins off while developing the site and activated once you are done making changes.
