Cannot activate License - My host told me my server IP is blocked

Hi, I am trying to activate my license on my WordPress sites, but it won't activate... and so I contacted my host, Dreamhost, and this is the response.

It looks like GeneratePress may be blocking your web server. I tested the
connection to generatepress and confirmed the response is a 403
Forbidden:

I'm afraid you may need to contact generatepress support as to why you're
getting a 403 error when trying to curl generatepress.com and if they can
lift the block on your IP:

discoverypaws.com - 67.205.15.250

The same for this site https://usapangutang.com/ -- I cannot activate Generatepress premium here too.
