Can you explain Offset Site Header Height?

Hi,
I am playing with the theme and can't really understand this
Offset Site Header Height – Add to the top padding of your Page Hero to prevent overlapping.
How many pixel should I add? what determines that?
Hi there,
Usually it's the height of your header or navigation that is merged with the hero.
But you can increase/decrease to your liking.
