can not I change the font color of the Primary Navigation

Hello GP Support
I have the following question:
I have installed Mellow as a GP template.
Why can not I change the font color of the Primary Navigation?

Hi there,
Mellow uses a Merged Site Header which has a transparent navigation. This overrides the customizer settings.
Go to Appearance > Elements and edit the Header Element, on the Site Header tab you can adjust the navigation colors.
