can i or should i disable Schema in GP?

Hi, im trying to implement schema on the posts of my GP site with the plugin "WP SEO Structured Data Schema". But i've realized that GP already impplements some schema by default.

I dont know very good how schema works, but i've seen that for Genesis you should erase the schema from the template and adding it after with a plugin.

Should i do something similar in GP if i add schema with a plugin? I mean deactive the default schema given by GP?
