Can GeneratePress achieve this effect of a video background + "merged header"?

I'm pretty sure that this effect is possible using GP Pro (which I have).

I'd like the video background with the header being transparent which goes solid when the user scrolls down - i.e. > this > http://cinnamon.imaginem.co/homepages/home-video/

Just want to confirm!

Yes, with the Header Element and Sticky Nav - few docs to help:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sticky-navigation/

Note on Nav Colors:
In the Customizer > Colors > Primary Navigation you can set the colors you wish to use for the Sticky Nav. Then in the Header Element with Merged Site Header you have the option to change the navigation colors which will be used when the nav is static.
